在写这篇blog之前自己是先添加了一堆标签,也就注定了这篇文章至少要覆盖掉这些地方,但又不免成为流水账。
Part 1 GTD - Get Things Done
大学里面看了一些关于这方面介绍的书,比如那本很NB的《高效能人士的七个习惯》,也尝试过这样做,但是还是不得而终。一个半途而废的例子...ORL
简单来说,GTD重要介绍了如何更好地发挥自己的效率,安排自己的行程和计划,让事情更好地有计划地做完。一般而言,会有以下的steps:
- 写下自己的梦想,比如成为一个医生,成为一个好丈夫,参加GRE考试,参加XX比赛,今年读100本书等等
- 建立一个To-Do List,用来细化这些理想和建立近期想到的一些Tasks,比如读这周要读《北方的河》一书
- 设定Priority和Emergency,还有Time:进行筛选,哪些是必需的,哪些是和梦想没有必要的,比如《北方的河》一书不是很着急,但是很重要,给一个B的等级,然后设定这周需要读完。
- 每天check一下:今天干了什么?完成得怎么样?明天要干什么?To-Do List里面还有多少任务?比如今天我看从50页看到了100页,现在完成了10%了,计划下去周五可以看完,是否要把To-Do List里面的《平凡的故事》加入周末中去呢?
- 定期回顾和整理:这段时间完成了什么?下个月我会做什么?离我的理想还有多远?比如这个月我完成了什么,记录一下;下个月的安排大致安排一下,着重安排一下明天的任务。
自己感觉来说,需要坚持的就是每天的check:早上check让自己很明确今天要干什么,晚上check让自己感到有成就感。
Part 2 Agile - Scrum
接触到Agile是在Info社区上的,不过当时不清楚具体是怎么一个过程。现在经过了近一个半月的时间后,渐渐感觉了Agile的魅力,同时自己也感到这个方法和GTD有着相似的地方。这里罗列了一些关于Scrum的steps:
我们需要做一个Product,嗯,不错,不过这个Product有很多requirements,让我把他们都细化出来吧!好了,这里有10个requirements
我们在这个Sprint 要做哪些requirements,让我想想,根据我们team的效率,还有requirements的优先级,我决定把1,2,3这3个安排到这个sprint
这个requirements的priority是多少,哪些是committed goal,哪些可能是strategy goal。requirements 1 (简称R-1)是必须,他是这个project的基础,R-2在R-1完成之后,可以进行。R-3不是很必要,我们可以挪到下个sprint,这个我们可以把R-4加入这个sprint。
用Jira和Burndown图来Track我们的工作,R-1开始进行了吗?完成了coding了?可以进行测试了?噢,都Done了啊?好,那R-2呢?今天我们花了多少时间了?
每天一个简短的Scrum meeting,update 一下现在的情况,接下来要做什么。昨天我测了一下R-2,发现了一些bug,已经报在Jira里面了;今天我会继续R-2的测试,并建立一个关于数据库的图标。
Sprint要完了,我们的requirements完成了吗?能够做demo吗?嗯,我们完成了R-1和R-2,R-3没有完成,挪到了下个sprint,我们认为R-1,R-2可以进行demo了。
一个Sprint完成以后,又继续下一个Sprint,每天都朝着目标前进着。不过和GTD不同不仅仅在于一个用于企业软件开发,一个用于个人自身管理。此外,Scrum 是Agile开发的一种模式,能够快速响应客户的需求而做出相应的调整。所以很有可能,这个sprint做的东西下个sprint就移除了,没有办法,市场的需求。
Part 3 - IKEA
宜家真好。那天加了半天的小班后,跑到城南的宜家去买台灯。在宜家里面溜达了半天,感觉是很不错。下次去的话一定要带上相机并拖上个MM,里面的灯光和环境都很不错,很适合摄影。后来自己买了那个特价的台灯,样子还挺不错的。后来又顺便买了一个画框。
那天突然想到自己可以利用公司的网络来写blog,也就不用去拉网线了,就继续蹭那个时有时无的无线吧!
鲜果,叽歪先后被封,伟大的功夫网(此处略过一个以F开头的单词N次),鲜果没有上了以后,自己就用google reader,早在之前我就用把opml文件导出了,还好有一个备份。不过就是google reader也时不时获取不了文章,很无奈。
上班以后感觉很不爽,不是说新环境的问题,而是感觉面对了生活: 老妈会告诉你诸如房子,GF等之类的事情;工作开始以后没有更多的事情去做自己的事情了,一个周末用来洗衣服,弥补瞌睡,逛超市了。
怀念大学的时光,可以整个下午翘掉,骑着单车出去溜达;可以几个人无忧无虑蹲在寝室当宅男,玩游戏;可以尽情享受校园网络的优秀资源,周周电影,月月专辑。。。。。。

不要怀疑,这个就是成都。前一夜刚下过雨,见到了蓝天,就用黑莓拍了下来。
先说一件事,记得还是去年的时候,在其他地方就看到一些消息,说今年的60周年,还有就是89事件等等,总之一句话,GFW又开始工作了。结果就是好一阵子我访问不了这里了。璐儿说她那里很快,我就只有想着的份了。
猪突然间说要来西安玩,自己吃惊了一下。快要毕业了,突然来了,而且还是这么热的六月份,疯了。等她爬完华山以后,我才和她见面。在麦当劳里面闲聊了一阵子,她就一步一步的慢慢走起来:可怜的娃啊~乳酸开始发挥作用了。

从洛阳回来以后,想到驾校的理论考试一直没有考,老妈又给我打了几次电话,就匆匆赶回家了。回家几天,总算是不用对着学校的食堂发愁了。
- 托运
在走的前一周便把一些杂物平邮回了家,说是7天,等我回家以后才收到通知,真是平邮。不过还好,东西平安到家了。不过,740就没有那么好的运气了:刮伤了。
去火车站托运那天,刮起了大风扬尘天气,我又恰好逆风骑行⊙﹏⊙b;去了火车站,却被一帮人"拐骗"到一个托运中介处,坑了一次,无奈。。。;回家一看,车杠上面被刮伤了,中铁快运那帮人真厉害。。。 - 折腾
我又一次展现自己的2B之处:自行车,电脑和一些杂物。我想我这次是真的够2的了,一个人,扛这么多东西回去。
但是,当大家遇到这样2B的人的时候,大概都会选择无奈吧!
自己一个人肯定不行的,拜托猪送我去火车站。在路上,看着前行的路,突然心里一阵凉:两个月以后,会是谁送谁呢?谁又会是最后走呢?谁会流下泪呢?四年,就要各奔东西了。
本来以为怎么回家都是问题的,可是后来老妈说二哥来接我了,心里就踏实了。下车,取车,上车,回家:恶梦没有发生,庆幸。 - 家
回家感觉真好。正是春天,感觉家里没有西安那么热,一片绿油油的。当然,天是灰蒙蒙的,却没有了西安的灰尘。可惜之处就是少了西安的阳光,或许,以后我会怀念西安的阳光的。前面是葡萄树,去年老爸将葡萄树弄断了,今年又长了起来。后面是桃子树,在后面一点用黑网罩着的是枇杷树。 柚子花。
花气很浓,仅仅一棵树,在他的周围都是他的气息,感觉回到了小时候的老家。金银花。老爸会把它们摘下来晾干,泡茶用。不过我还不习惯金银花的味道。 还是金银花。话说金银花性寒,味甘,略有酸味,具有清热、解毒、凉血、通经活络。 或许,葡萄树总给人一种枯藤老树的感觉了。
以前听同学说拔牙的时候用麻醉,后来麻醉药效过了以后,疼死了。不过自己没有用过麻醉,也不知道那会是什么样的感觉。
事儿简单得说吧!
一不小心,把脚趾甲给弄废了,医生说要拔!我说,十指连心啊~医生说用麻醉!就这样,用上了麻醉。当时的感觉就像蹲点蹲时间长了,突然站起来,两脚发麻的感觉。到后来,医生试探性动了动脚趾头,我表示没有感觉,医生便把指甲给拔了。真够狠的!
后面也没有什么感觉,即使药效过去以后。只是当天晚上睡觉的时候特别痛,估计那会儿出血了吧!
本着2B的特性匆匆骑了出去,却发现自己踏上的是Abortion之旅。
- 流水账
本来打算去杭州的,或许自己还是太自以为是了,太高兴得没有看清楚,所以才会有这样的结果。11日早上匆匆骑着单车出去,晚些时候到了华阴。华阴休整一夜后,翻上东去的高速公路。终于在河南境内被拦了下来,此后便搭车去洛阳,晚上便到了洛阳。在洛阳逗留一日后,搭车回西安。杭州之旅成了Abortion之旅了。 - 身体是革命的本钱啊~
其实第一天还好,上次的骑行也知道了一点。但是还是没有想到会这样疼。平时没有怎么骑车,这下骑上一天以后,第二天就实在不行了。而且平时也没有加上行李,这次加上行李以后感觉不一样了。骑着骑着,速度是越来越慢,有时候真怀疑是不是后胎没有气了或者什么的:其实只是自己骑不动了而已。当第二天走的时候,老板对我说:看你那么瘦的身板,腿那么细,怎么承受得了啊~事实就是我第二天并没有承受那么多的负荷了,我搭车去洛阳了。 - 方向错了
或许还是蛋说得对,如果是从杭州回西安的话,会比较有动力点。显然,第二天从高速路上被赶下来后,直接就没有了斗志:12号那天真的很热!如果第二天是从华阴回西安的话,可能情况会好一些,可惜了,这只是如果而已。
回西安时,从中铁快运取来自行车后,就一路狂奔,把这些天剩下的力气都发泄出去:我不知道我是怎么回到学校的! - 洛阳
晚上到的洛阳,刚出车站,一阵凉爽的风阵阵吹来,一阵惬意。幽暗昏黄的路灯透过梧桐树叶的缝隙洒下星星点点,自己骑着车,慢悠悠的骑行在东都。豆豆在电话里不停给我介绍着:你可以去郁金香公园,不一定要去王城公园的,那里人多;洛浦公园也不错,挺大的。对对对,龙门石窟你一定要去看看,希望去的时候太阳不要太大,要不会很热的。
晚上在洛阳师范附近的一个烧烤店吃夜宵,涮锅的味道让我想起了家乡的火锅粉的味道,可惜两者差距太大了,不禁有些失望。 - 龙门石窟
